Thank you so much for booking with Brushed by Gabrielle. These terms are here to ensure everything runs smoothly for both of us. By paying your deposit, you agree to the conditions below.
1. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your appointment is only confirmed once both your deposit and full event details are received.
- The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your appointment via bank transfer, or cash.
- By paying your deposit, you agree to all terms and conditions listed here.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment may result in a 50–100% cancellation fee, depending on timing and the nature of the booking.
- You may reschedule once, subject to availability. If your new date isn’t available or if less than 72 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.
- No-shows will be charged in full and may not be accepted for future bookings.
3. Service Changes
- If you’d like to change or add services (e.g. adding hair to a makeup-only booking), please let me know as early as possible.
- I’ll always do my best to accommodate, but availability is not guaranteed—especially for last-minute requests that may affect the overall appointment time.
- If the change is accepted, your total will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Travel & Parking
- Travel fees apply based on your location and will be included in your quote. A detailed travel fee guide is available.
- If free or on-site parking isn’t available, any paid parking costs must be covered by you and will be added to your final invoice (with a receipt provided).
- As I travel with a full professional kit, parking access is essential. If you know of any nearby options, feel free to let me know, it really helps with planning.
5. Early Morning Appointments
Appointments scheduled to begin before 6:30 AM will incur an early morning fee to cover extra preparation and travel time. This will be included in your quote.
6. Timing & Prep
- Please arrive (or be ready) with clean, moisturised skin and dry hair.
- For group bookings, a detailed schedule will be provided—please ensure everyone is ready at their assigned time.
- Late starts may result in shortened service time, but the full quoted amount will still apply.
7. Health & Hygiene
- All tools, brushes, and products are professionally cleaned and sanitised between each client.
- Please let me know about any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions in advance.
- I may need to refuse service if you are unwell or showing signs of a contagious condition, to protect the health and safety of all clients.
8. Client Responsibility
- If you prefer to use your own makeup, please note that I can’t guarantee the final result or longevity of your look.
- Please avoid lash lifts before your appointment, as they may affect the application of false lashes.
- To maintain a calm and safe workspace, I kindly ask that children and pets remain outside the immediate setup area.
9. Liability
- I use only high-quality, professional-grade products and follow strict hygiene protocols.
- I am not responsible for any reactions, sensitivities, or issues arising from products or conditions not disclosed before your appointment.
- Please communicate any concerns or medical conditions in advance to help ensure your safety and comfort.
10. Photo & Social Media
- With your permission, I may take photos or videos of your final look for my portfolio and social media.
- If you’d prefer not to be photographed or posted, just let me know—I fully respect your privacy.
11. Emergencies & Unexpected Events
If I’m unable to attend due to illness, an emergency, or circumstances beyond my control (e.g. travel delays or extreme weather), I’ll do my best to reschedule or offer a refund if appropriate.
